The problem

Why it is built this way

A planner helps when you open it at the right moment, and that moment is easy to miss on a busy day. So this kit pairs its pages with a reminder that brings you back, and the pages are ready whenever you return.

How it works

A steady day, start to finish.

You write everything down and the page holds it. A phone alarm, set for a time that suits you, brings you back.

Empty your head

Write down everything taking up space. Bills, tasks, worries, the thing you keep forgetting. Write it down as it comes, in any order.

Choose what is next

Pick the thing for NOW and whatever is clearly next. Everything else stays on the brain dump page, safe for another day.

Set a reminder

Set a phone alarm that says exactly what to do when it goes off.

Start with the reminder you are most likely to notice. The others will be there when you want them.
The comeback

Coming back after a break

The pages are undated, so there is nothing to catch up on and no penalty for time away. Write down what is in your head today and choose what is next.

The kit

What is in the kit

A brain dump page for everything in your head. The Daily Board, for what is happening now and what comes next. A reminder card with ready-made phone alarms. And a page on where the ideas come from. Type into it on your phone or laptop, or print it.

Evidence

Where this comes from

Tested.

The brain dump, the Daily Board, and the reminder card in this kit are drawn from programs tested in randomized controlled trials with adults with ADHD.

Scope.

A self-help organization tool. It is not a medical device or therapy, and it does not replace diagnosis, medication, or professional care.

Honest fit check

Check the fit first

A quick check before you download. This kit may not suit you if:

  • You are looking for medical care. This is a self-help tool and it stays in that lane.
  • You love building elaborate custom systems. This kit is deliberately plain.
  • You need a team tool. This is built for your own week.
  • You are under 18. The programs our structure draws from were tested with adults.

This is designed to help those of us with a little ADHD stay focused on what matters with all the noise competing for our attention.
